1st Floor Suite
Week Day Nightly Rate:
1st Unit: $149/night
Weekend Nightly Rate:
1st Unit: $159/night
The 1st floor suite has 2 twin beds in the private bedroom and a comfortable sofa/bed in the living room. This suite also has a full kitchen and is wheelchair accessible.
2nd Floor Suite
Week Day Nightly Rate:
2nd Unit: $159/night
Weekend Nightly Rate:
2nd Unit: $169/night
The 2nd floor suite has a large deck overlooking the river and a private deck off the bedroom. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, electric log fire place in the living room, and a full kitchen.
3rd Floor Suite
Week Day Nightly Rate:
3rd Unit: $139/night
Weekend Nightly Rate:
3rd Unit: $149/night
The 3rd floor suite has a queen size bed and kitchenette with microwave oven instead of a stove. It also has a nice balcony that overlooks the river.
Entire Cottage
Week Day Nightly Rate:
$399/night
Weekend Nightly Rate:
$419/night
We rent the entire cottage for the current rate of $375/night plus taxes and fees. We have 5 additional twin mattresses that can be set up on any floor you’d like or you could bring your own air mattresses. We also have a $25 per person additional cleaning fee for parties over 10 people (due to the amount of laundry).

One Time Cleaning Fee:
$75 for 1st and 2nd Unit
$50 for 3rd Unit
Hotel/Motel Tax is now 8.5%
We supply linens, towels, coffee, several different cooking spices, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, and have a laundry room with detergent and dryer sheets.
Taxes consist of 6% Sales Tax, cleaning fee, and a 3.5% credit card processing fee when applicable.
We require a 2 night minimum stay during weekends, and a 3 night minimum for holidays and events.
Our standard Check-in time is 4:00 pm and Check-out time is 11:00 am but feel free to let us know if you need to come a little earlier or stay a couple hours later (no extra charge when available).
KENTUCKY RIVER COTTAGES CANCELLATION POLICY
It is our wish to exceed the needs of all our guests. We understand that there are sometimes extenuating circumstances that require cancellation of your reservations. Please read the following Cancellation Policy, by booking your reservation with us, you agree to the following:
Non-Event Date Deposits are fully refundable if a cancellation occurs 21 days before your reservation. Cancellations after 21 days but within 7 days are subject to a 10% non-refundable service charge. Cancellations after 7 days are subject to a full refund by way of a Gift Certificate for the amount paid.
Peak Season and Event Date Deposits are fully refundable if a cancellation occurs 60 days before your reservation. Cancellations after 60 days but within 21 days are subject to a 10% non-refundable service charge. Cancellations after 21 days are subject to a full refund by way of a Gift Certificate for the amount paid.
